Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager in Bournemouth to lead the shop in the Manager’s absence and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll ensure supplies, run shifts smoothly, and help create a welcoming, high-performing environment for staff and customers.

You'll oversee product preparation, keep displays well-stocked, and maintain a clean, presentable shop while supporting a culture that values inclusivity and teamwork.

Formación

• Leadership experience and natural leadership abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the shop in the Manager's absence and maintain standards.

• Prepare products including sandwiches and manage ovens.

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
