Job summary

Moto operates a busy motorway services location in Thatcham. We are seeking a Supervisor to act as the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and helping keep the unit running smoothly 40 hours per week at £28,850 per annum.

You will be a brand ambassador for Greggs, delivering excellent service, and driving the team to achieve high standards while supporting development opportunities and a possible progression into management roles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams, ideally in retail, hospitality, catering or customer service.
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities

Supervisor, £ 28,850 per annum, 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite bakery, serving up Greggs much loved sausage rolls, baked goods and refreshments whilst whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
