Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager in Coventry to lead the shop in the manager's absence. You will motivate the team, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain store standards across channels including in-store, delivery, and online orders.

You will oversee shift operations, stock displays, and product preparation while upholding fast, friendly service. A supervisory background and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment is desirable.
• Reliable and able to demonstrate natural leadership abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting an inclusive culture.

Responsabilités

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management.
• Ensure displays are stocked and shop looks clean and presentable.
• Support the manager to run smooth shifts and customer experiences.

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
