Job summary

JDSports is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to help run the shop floor, support colleagues across shifts, and uphold our high standards of service and presentation. You will assist with opening/closing procedures, till operations, and daily tasks under Store Management guidance.

The role requires prior supervisory or team-leading experience in fast-paced retail, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail and brand-aligned merchandising. An energetic, team-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.
