Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a customer-focused supervisor-level candidate to keep the Feel-Good Experience alive in-store. You’ll guide teammates, inspire performance, and ensure every guest receives attentive service that connects with our products and stories.

You’ll drive sales, model strong teamwork, and maintain Rituals standards, learning through training and workshops, while welcoming customers with warmth during evenings and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as supervisor or team leader in retail or customer-driven role.
• Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• Eye for detail, organised and structured.
• Willingness to work during opening hours including evenings and weekends.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
