Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a passionate retail supervisor to guide customers from browse to checkout and support teammates in daily operations.

You’ll know every product inside out, share its story with shoppers, and help the boutique hit performance targets while maintaining our high standards. Evening and weekend shifts are part of the role, with opportunities for growth and extra incentives.

Bring all of you

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.

You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.

You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.

Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck. You gladly help them master the Feel-Good Experience and be a role model.

You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
