Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Glasgow is seeking an energetic retail supervisor to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales while guiding a team on the shop floor.

You will know Rituals products inside out, share their stories, and model great service during evenings and weekends. You’ll balance front-line duties with coaching, training, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• Eye for detail; you’re organised and structured.
• Colleagues come to you when they’re stuck; you help them master the Feel-Good Experience and be a role model.
