Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team. You will lead the team to deliver memorable guest moments and uphold high standards of service in a busy, fun environment.

You’ll open/close, manage stock and cashing up, and act as a role model for customer service, ensuring smooth shifts even when senior management isn’t on site. Flexible, part-time hours are available to fit around commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Open/close duties, stock control and cashing up.
• Capable of leading a team and delivering great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver moments of joy for guests.
• Work with the management team to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Open and close the pub, manage stock and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest experience.
• Take responsibility for shifts and pub operations in absence of senior management.

As Supervisor you’ll:Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
