Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy pub team, delivering memorable guest experiences and maintaining smooth daily operations at the Swindon location.

You will drive staff motivation, manage shifts, and uphold our customer service standards while partnering with the pub management team to ensure efficient and profitable performance.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
