Job summary

Marston’s PLC in Pennington is looking for a Supervisor to lead the pub team, ensuring busy, friendly service and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll open/close, manage stock and cash, and work with the management team to run the business efficiently. This role offers a supportive career pathway with apprenticeships and rewards for performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team and deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong organisational skills with opening/closing, stock and cash handling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing shifts, stocking, and cashing up.
• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Work with the wider pub management team to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee shifts and operations when the management team is away.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:

Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
