Job summary

Marston's PLC in Mansfield is seeking a Supervisor to join our team. You will lead and motivate the pub team, ensuring excellent guest experiences during busy, fast-paced shifts.

You will work with the wider management team to run the business efficiently, handle opening and closing duties, cashing up and stock, and act as a role model for customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience opening/closing, stock, and cashing up.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
