• Carrying out a wide range of bicycle repairs including brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, drivetrain maintenance, and suspension servicing.
• Assembling new bicycles to manufacturer guidelines and ensuring they\'re safe and ready for sale.
• Conducting service consultations with customers, diagnosing issues, and providing clear repair recommendations and estimates.
• Supporting customers in selecting the right parts, upgrades, and accessories for their bikes.
• Performing safety inspections to highlight and resolve potential issues.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control so every repair meets our safety and service expectations.
• Organising the workshop, managing spare parts, tools, and stock efficiently.
• Delivering excellent customer service - explaining repairs, offering advice, and ensuring every rider leaves confident in their bike.

Skilled in bicycle mechanics, with experience repairing a wide range of bike types and components. Previous workshop experience as a mechanic/technician is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of bicycle brands, models, and components. Detail-focused with a commitment to quality and safety. Confident communicator with great customer service skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Physically able to work on your feet and lift bikes when needed.
