Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Supervisor for the Burton Services Burger King in Carnforth. You’ll be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and modelling the brand’s service standards to deliver a standout guest experience.

As a Supervisor, you’ll drive operational excellence, maintain food and health and safety standards, and coach teams to perform at their best. A clear path to progression awaits ambitious, capable leaders.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our Burger King restaurant, serving up flame grilled goodness and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.

What you'll bring to us:

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
