Job summary

Moto Hospitality, operator of Burger King restaurants, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Swansea site and deliver standout guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You’ll run shifts from open to close, manage budgets and P&L, develop your team, and uphold brand standards to drive consistently brilliant service. The role offers £32,000 per year, 40 hours per week, and opportunities for progression within the business.

• Calm, decisive, and focused when the pace picks up
