Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Toddington Services for 40 hours per week. You’ll be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, lead shifts, and help keep the unit running smoothly while delivering great service.

You’ll act as a brand ambassador for Burger King, drive foodie standards, safety compliance, and colleague engagement. This role offers development opportunities and a clear path into management within our nationwide rest-stop network.

• Experience leading or supervising teams in retail, hospitality, catering or customer service.
• Passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our Burger King restaurant, serving up flame grilled goodness and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
