Job summary

Holland & Barrett on Buchanan Street, Glasgow invites applications for a Store Supervisor role. You will support the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences, coach colleagues and drive store performance.

Full-time permanent position, 35 hours per week, paying £14.00 per hour. You will complete the Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance, maintain stock and merchandising, and uphold safe, compliant operations while fostering an inclusive team.

• Experience in retail or customer service with leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for health and wellness with willingness to learn.
• Strong organisation and decision-making in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools to support customers and store operations.
