Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Glasgow is seeking a part-time Store Lead to support the Store Manager, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach colleagues, and drive sales and store standards. The role includes product training and maintaining stock, merchandising, compliance, and safe practices to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will help develop team members, enhance product knowledge and foster a positive, inclusive environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
