Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Southampton is seeking a part-time Store Assistant to lead by example, supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving store goals. You will coach colleagues, complete the Qualified to Advise training, and help drive sales while maintaining stock, merchandising and compliance.

The role focuses on creating an inclusive environment, developing product knowledge, and ensuring excellent customer service within a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
