The Entertainer in Middlesbrough is looking for a 20 hour Supervisor to support the Store Manager, lead a small team and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will open and close the store, handle till and cash, coach colleagues, run promotions, and assist with stock control and recruitment when needed.

Flexibility with shifts, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work weekends are essential; living within 30–45 minutes of Captain Cooke Square is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Opening and closing the store, including Sundays on a rota basis and running the store in the absence of management.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations: till, refunds, and till reconciliations.
• Lead by example with exceptional customer service and motivate the team.
• Implement in-store promotions and keep staff informed and commercial.
• Participate in stock management, deliveries, merchandising, and minimising stock loss.
• Handle routine store administration including starters, leavers, rotas, and recruitment support.

When you join us as a Supervisor at The Entertainer, Middlesbrough in Captain Cooke Square you will be a key member of the store’s management team and a role model for our Sales Assistants. You will be there to support your Store Manager in the day to day running of your store, ensuring the team are focussed and performing to their full potential, and show your manager what you’re all about when running the store independently to cover days off and holidays.

Ideally you will live within 30-45 minutes of your store and be flexible to work the shift patterns that the store operation requires, especially during October to December. Weekend key-holder cover is also a basic requirement of this role.

As a 20 hour Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Opening and closing the store, including Sundays on a rota basis and running the store successfully in the absence of the Store management
• Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations and routines including cash and till areas, dealing with customer refunds and till reconciliations
• Lead by example, demonstrating an exceptional customer service experience, inspiring your team to do the same
• Implement in-store promotions, be commercial and ensure staff are motivated and well informed
• Actively participate in stock management including stockroom standards, managing deliveries, merchandising and minimising stock loss
• Routine store administration including starters & leavers, rota management and supporting recruitment when asked
