The Entertainer in Middlesbrough is seeking a dedicated 20 hour Supervisor to support the Store Manager and lead a small team. You will help run the store day-to-day, cover days off, and ensure top-quality customer service and store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing or supervising a small team.
• Flexible approach to working hours and commitment to resource the store effectively.
• Tech savvy with computers and tablets to complete tasks and boost productivity.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and implement new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and cover days off, ensuring smooth operations.
• Oversee cash/till processes, refunds and till reconciliations.
• Lead by example with exceptional customer service.
• Implement in-store promotions and motivate staff.
• Assist stock management, deliveries, merchandising and stock loss control.
• Handle store administration including starters, leavers and rota support.
