Job summary

The Entertainer in Creasey\'s Department Store is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service, process till transactions, and help maintain stock room and merchandising to the company standards.

You will work 4-hour shifts across 3 days as part of a 12-hour contract, with the store open 6 days a week. The role offers flexible hours, weekend work, and chance to grow with online training via The EnterTrainer.

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over task and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points and to be actively pushing your add-on’s by engaging effectively with customers.
• Responsibly and safely handle and accept deliveries to store keeping up with the maintenance of stock room areas.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards

What your responsibilities will include:

Our stores are open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday and on a 12-hour contract you will typically be working 4-hour shifts over 3 days. Depending on the trading hours of the store you’re applying for, having a flexible approach and a commitment to help the store operate, it is key that you are able to work these shift patterns. This might include working hours at any time of the day, perhaps even outside of our normal trading hours, especially at Christmas.
