Job summary

Savers in Chatham is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join the team and help drive store success.

You will work around 12 hours per week with the opportunity to take more, with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. As a supervisor, you will lead by example, coach colleagues and contribute to a welcoming, high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop skills in others.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach store team to deliver results.
• Assist store and assistant manager in daily operations.
• Engage with the local community and act as a role model for staff.
