Job summary

Savers in Ledbury is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our store team. You’ll work around 16 hours weekly, with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and you’ll help coach the team to deliver great results on the shop floor.

You’ll be supported by the Store and Assistant Manager, enjoy a friendly environment, and have access to benefits such as holiday entitlement, sick pay policy and wellbeing options through Wagestream and Aviva, plus career progression

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience required.
• Ability to develop others and lead by example.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Support Store and Assistant Manager to coach the team.
• Deliver exemplary store results and customer service.
• Engage with the local community and customers.
