Job summary

Savers is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Tooting to lead a busy store, coaching the team and delivering great service. The role involves working 16 hours a week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You will report to the Store and Assistant Manager, helping to maximise opportunities, connect with the local community and uphold Savers’ standards. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop your own skills to enhance others.
• Passionate about the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store and Assistant Manager to lead and coach the team to deliver exemplary results.
• Be ready to roll up your sleeves and maximise opportunities in a busy store.
• Engage with the local community and act as a positive Savers ambassador.

Shift pattern:Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary:£13.65 per hour
