Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to run shifts, coach the team, and deliver outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You will support management, lead pre-shift briefings, and role-model high standards across food quality, service speed, and team energy.

Ideal candidates will have frontline supervisory experience, a passion for people, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leader who supports the team at all times.
• Strong people skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Confident managing standards, compliance, and food safety.

What you’ll bring to the table:
