Job summary

Popeyes UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD in Milton Keynes is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run shifts, lead the team, and deliver outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll coach and develop your team, maintain food safety and standards, and partner with management to hit performance goals, with flexible schedules and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable).
• Lead-from-the-front mindset — you’re hands-on and support your team at all times.
• Passion for people — you know great results come from great teams.
• Confidence in managing standards, compliance, and food safety.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• A hunger to grow and develop — this is your pathway into management.
