Popeyes UK&I is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run shifts, coach the team, and deliver exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You will own your shift, support management, and drive results across people, product, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable).
• A lead-from-the-front mindset — you're hands-on and support your team at all times.
• Passion for people — you know great results come from great teams.
• Confidence in managing standards, compliance, and food safety.

We're on the lookout for passionate Shift Supervisors who are ready to run our shiftsand lead from the front. You'll be a confident running great shifts, directing and coaching your team and working in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. You'llsupportthe management team and own your shift to deliver results across people, product, and guest experience.
