Popeyes UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD in Manchester is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run busy shifts, coach a frontline team, and uphold the brand's hospitality standards. You’ll direct team members, lead pre-shift briefings, and ensure great guest experience while maintaining food safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead from the front and coach a team to meet goals.
• Strong focus on food safety, HACCP, and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Capable of staying calm, organised, and energetic in busy shifts.

We're on the lookout for passionate Shift Supervisors who are ready to run our shiftsand lead from the front. You'll be a confident running great shifts, directing and coaching your team and working in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. You'llsupportthe management team and own your shift to deliver results across people, product, and guest experience.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable)
• A lead-from-the-front mindset — you're hands-on and support your team at all times

• Confidence in managing standards, compliance, and food safety
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
