Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead by example, coaching and inspiring the team while ensuring every customer receives excellent service on the shop floor. You will support the Store Manager to meet store goals, manage stock, and maintain a high standard of presentation.

You’ll deliver health and wellness guidance, build product knowledge and ensure compliant, efficient daily operations. A passion for health, strong communication and inclusive leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with leadership capability.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues and build confidence.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with using digital tools to support daily store operations.

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
