Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Glasgow is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team, coach colleagues and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will support the Store Manager to achieve store goals and ensure products meet customers' wellness journeys.

If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, you’ll enjoy coaching others, expanding product knowledge and driving sales while maintaining stock, merchandising and compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.

Fully flexible - 5 out of 7 days per week.Monday - Friday: 8:30am – 8pm, Saturday: 9am – 8pm & Sunday: 10am – 7pm
