Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor to lead by example in our Honiton store, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the Store Manager to hit store goals. You’ll coach colleagues, develop product knowledge and ensure operational excellence across the shop floor.

You’ll complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance, drive sales, maintain stock, and uphold compliant, safe working practices in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
