Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Preston is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across every shift.

You will coach colleagues, drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and participate in training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers. This role offers fully flexible hours and opportunities to grow within a busy, supportive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with ability to lead.

What you'll be doing
