Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Supervisor to deliver works on Northumbrian Water schemes in Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate has water industry experience and a strong civil engineering background, with supervisory CSCS and RAMS knowledge.

The role involves managing site teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring safety and quality on site. You will work under the Site Manager to deliver projects safely, on time, and to required standards, with emphasis on health and safety and effective

Qualifications

• Gold CSCS or relevant supervisory CSCS card required.
• SSSTS or SMSTS required.
• Experience on water or wastewater schemes.
• Experience on Northumbrian Water projects preferred.
• Strong civil engineering background essential.
• Solid RAMS understanding and health and safety procedures.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
