Job summary

Belcan in Northumbria is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support water infrastructure projects on a 6-month contract. You will supervise daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to SHEQ standards and company procedures.

Additional responsibilities include raising orders, maintaining site diaries, and ensuring timely, safe delivery of works. SMSTS and CSCS cards, plus a full UK driving licence, are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor in water, utilities or civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support water and wastewater projects across Northumbria.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role within water, utilities, or civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Essential Qualifications

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS Gold Supervisory Card or CSCS Black Manager Card
