RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver works on a water treatment site in Middlesbrough. The role requires a strong civil engineering background and proven water industry experience, with responsibilities spanning day-to-day operations, team supervision, and client liaison.

You will oversee RAMS, permits, and site documentation, lead toolbox talks, and ensure quality and programme delivery. A full UK driving licence and IT literacy are essential.

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver works on a water treatment site in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate must have previous water industry experience and a strong civil engineering background.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Black or Gold CSCS.
• SMSTS.

• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.
