Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Strabane to lead and coach a store team. You’ll work approximately 12 hours per week with potential for more, across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends as discussed at interview.

Salary is £13.50–£13.65 per hour. You’ll join a friendly retail environment that values community connections and progression within the Savers team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience required.
• Ability to coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate with the Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities.
• Represent Savers in the local community and lead by example.
