Job summary

Savers in Ballymoney is hiring a Part-time Supervisor to join our store team. You will work 12 hours per week with the opportunity to take on more hours, earning £13.50 per hour.

You’ll support the Store and Assistant Manager, coach colleagues, and help deliver exceptional customer service and store results. You’ll be active in the local community and enjoy a flexible shift pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Willing to develop skills to support others.
• Passion for the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to deliver exceptional results.
• Support Store and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Engage with the local community in-store.
