Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Ballymoney is recruiting a Store Supervisor. This part-time role is 16 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary is £13.50 per hour.

You will support the store and assistant manager, coach the team, and help deliver strong results while representing Savers in the local community. No two days are the same and opportunities to grow within the company are highlighted in our progression plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop skills to enhance others.
• Passionate about the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver excellent results.
• Collaborate with Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers.
