Job summary

Savers in Bedminster is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our team. You will work 20 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, under the guidance of Store and Assistant Manager, to coach your team and drive results.

You’ll be part of a collaborative retail environment, helping to deliver excellent customer service, manage daily operations, and connect with the local community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop skills in others and coach a team.
• Passion for our products and industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Store and Assistant Manager to lead and coach the team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive store performance.
• Maintain store standards and contribute to community engagement.

Location: Bedminster

Hours per Week: 20 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
