Job summary

Savers in Rose Hill is seeking a Supervisor to join the team on a part-time basis (16 hours per week) with the option to work more hours. You will support the Store and Assistant Manager, coach your team, and help deliver strong performance while wearing the Savers uniform.

The role offers flexible patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and a competitive starting rate of £13.65 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Willingness to develop skills to help others grow.
• Passionate about the products sold.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the store team to deliver exemplary results.
• Support the Store and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Engage with the local community and act as a visible Savers ambassador.
