The Radcliffe Arms in Hitchin is seeking a capable Supervisor to lead guest service and ensure every visitor enjoys a superb experience. You will manage orders, collaborate with kitchen staff, and uphold high standards across all service areas.

Position

Supervisor Duties Include

• Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
• Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
• Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
• Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
• Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
• Being a supportive and proactive leader

Requirements

You will need to demonstrate:

• Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
• The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
• A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
