Job summary

Rick Stein Restaurants in Padstow, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced and confident Front-of-House Supervisor to lead our team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and uphold the Rick Stein standard of service.

You will supervise and motivate the front-of-house during service, coordinate with kitchen and bar, mentor junior staff, and share knowledge of our menus, wines, and daily specials to create relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Delivering relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Sharing expert knowledge of our menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks.
• Anticipating guest needs and providing thoughtful recommendations.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills.
• Liaising closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Upholding the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times.
• Assisting management with daily operational tasks, including staff scheduling and training.
