Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Supervisor to join our local pub team in Norwich. You will lead shifts, mentor staff and ensure the pub operates smoothly and profitably. You’ll open and close, handle stock and cash, and deliver outstanding customer service while working with the wider management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisor or team leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver great customer service.
• Capable of opening/closing, stocking and cashing up.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure smooth and profitable pub operation.
• Open and close the pub, manage stock and cash handling.
• Model exceptional customer service for guests.
• Collaborate with pub management to run the business efficiently.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
