Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. You’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back again, while supporting the GM to hit KPI targets and run the pub smoothly.

You’ll be the face of the team on shifts, motivating staff and ensuring a can-do, guest-focused culture. This role offers progression into a General Manager position through our Aspire programme.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like branded environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a pub team.
• Willingness to deputise for the GM when needed.
