Job summary

Savers is hiring a part-time Supervisor in Shotton to join our team and lead with energy. You will work closely with store leadership to coach colleagues and maximise opportunities, while upholding Savers’ standards in store presentation and customer care.

You’ll engage with the local community, support a flexible shift pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and benefit from a clear progression plan within the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop skills and help others.
• Passionate about the products being sold.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store and Assistant Manager to coach the team.

Hours per Week: 16hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 - £13.65 per hour
