Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Lurgan is seeking a part-time Supervisor. The role involves supporting the store and the assistant manager to coach the team, maximise opportunities and deliver strong results. You’ll wear the Savers uniform and help connect with the local community.

We offer a flexible shift pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. The position includes a competitive hourly rate (£13.50) and a pathway for development in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Develop your own skills to enhance others.
• Passionate about the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Assist store and the assistant manager to coach the team and deliver exemplary results.
• Maximise opportunities and uphold Savers standards while wearing the Savers uniform.
• Be ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute hands-on when needed.
