Job summary

Savers in Glasgow on Great Western Rd is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our team. No two days are the same as you support store and assistant manager, coach colleagues, and drive great customer service.

You’ll engage with the local community, wear the Savers uniform with pride, and help maximise opportunities while building and developing your team. Flexible shifts and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Leadership potential and ability to coach others.
• Passion for our products and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running the store with the manager and coaching the team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Support shift planning and compliance with store policies.

Hours per Week:16 hourswith the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern:Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary:£13.50 per hour
