Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Milton Keynes to lead a 32-hour week role with a salary of £24,000 per annum pro rata from £30,000 FTE and an exceptional benefits package. This role offers the chance to develop leadership within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the store, leading by example on the shop floor and supporting the wider team to achieve its goals.

• Leading the Team: Motivate and support colleagues, helping to maintain a positive and productive working environment.
• Driving Sales: Work towards sales targets and KPIs, maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service.
• Delivering Great Service: Ensure customers receive a welcoming, knowledgeable and personalised shopping experience.
• Maintaining Standards: Support stock management, replenishment and visual merchandising to keep the store looking its best.
• Supporting Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and the smooth running of the store.
• Coaching Colleagues: Help develop team members, share product knowledge and encourage high standards across the store.
