Job summary

The Manor House of Whittington in Kinver is seeking a Supervisor to join Marston's PLC and lead our busy pub team. You will help create memorable moments for guests while supporting daily operations at the Kinver location.

Expect a role in a lively environment with flexible hours, entry into a rewards program, and opportunities for progression as you help run shifts, manage stock, and uphold excellent service on site.

We're on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

Right at the heart of the pub - creating moments of joy. You'll be there supporting the team to deliver the everyday moments and those stand-out occasions. You'll thrive from an environment that is busy, varied, fast paced but most importantly - fun!

Responsibilities as Supervisor

• Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, sharing moments of joy with our team and guests.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
