Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to be the second in command in our kitchen, stepping up when the Head Chef is off shift. You will assist in all kitchen operations, run the line during service, and mentor the kitchen team to maintain top standards.

Qualifications

• Branded kitchen experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Experience supporting Head Chef and managing kitchen operations.
• Ability to run the line during service and maintain quality under pressure.
